Hausform

Hausform set out to become a premium 3D rendering and visualisation studio aimed at high-end architects, designers, and property developers. The challenge was clear: while the quality of the renders spoke for themselves, the brand, positioning, and digital presence needed to match the premium market they were targeting. Without a strong identity and polished platform, Hausform risked blending in with the many low-cost rendering providers in the market.

The Challenge

Phase One: Brand Positioning

We began by defining Hausform’s positioning. Rather than competing on price or volume, the strategy was to establish the studio as a high-end partner for design professionals who valued detail, aesthetics, and presentation. This meant creating a brand identity that was minimalist, timeless, and aligned with the architectural world - elevating the service beyond “renders” to become an extension of design itself.

Phase Two: Visual Identity & Branding

From there, we built a visual identity that reflected that positioning. The branding was designed to feel sharp, understated, and premium, with a clean monochrome palette and carefully selected typography. Every detail of the brand was developed to communicate professionalism and trust, ensuring Hausform’s image carried the same weight as the work they delivered.

We designed and built a new website for Hausform, fully customised to match the brand direction. The site was structured to be simple and easy to navigate, while giving strong focus to visuals. Key sections included Our Work, Services, Process, and Testimonials, each crafted to tell the story of the studio while letting the renders themselves take centre stage. The layout was clean and spacious, using full-screen visuals to create impact and a premium feel.

Phase Four: Services & Offering

Alongside design and branding, we helped refine Hausform’s service offering. Core services included interior renders, exterior renders, and 3D video walkthroughs, supported by add-ons such as social crops, presentation packs, priority delivery, and extra render options. This gave the studio a clear productised structure, making it easy for clients to understand what they were getting and what set Hausform apart.

Outcomes

Hausform now has a premium brand identity, a polished website, and a service offering positioned to attract architects, designers, and developers working at the higher end of the market. The combination of sharp visuals, clear positioning, and a professional digital presence means Hausform stands out against generic rendering providers and is well-placed to build long-term partnerships with leading names in design and development.
