Forest and Hall

Forest and Hall are a contracting company working across residential and development projects. Their reputation for quality on-site was strong, but their brand presence didn’t reflect the scale or professionalism of their work. Most of their projects came through existing networks, and while that kept the pipeline steady, they wanted to build a stronger profile that would help secure more contracting opportunities with developers and larger projects.

The Challenge

Phase One: Strategy & Positioning

We started by clarifying how Forest and Hall should be positioned in the market. Rather than looking like a small outfit chasing one-off jobs, the goal was to present them as a capable contracting partner for developments and residential projects. This meant shifting their messaging and visuals to showcase scale, reliability, and consistency.

To support this positioning, we built out a content strategy that highlighted both the process and the results. Posts and reels were created to show site preparation, groundwork, and contracting operations, before transitioning to the finished outcomes. This approach not only showcased their capability but also built trust with developers by demonstrating transparency and professionalism.

Phase Two: Content Direction

Phase Three: Advertising & Awareness

We also introduced targeted Meta advertising to put Forest and Hall in front of the right decision-makers. These ads were designed to build brand awareness and bring in direct enquiries, complementing the new content direction and strengthening their digital footprint.

Forest and Hall now have a more consistent and professional digital presence that reflects their role as a contracting partner. Their social content demonstrates the depth of their work on-site, while advertising ensures their name is reaching developers and clients beyond their immediate network. With a stronger foundation in place, Forest and Hall are set up to attract larger contracts and expand their presence in the development space.
